It is a very good site to promote your offers, since members should stay on your ad at least 10-20 seconds.

You can also buy referrals and earn a percentage of their clicks too, you can buy banner, PTR or link credits, so you can display your ad to other members.

Every tool they suggested using is free or they show you how to get it free and every site they recommend for service had a free trial or they provided another free method that worked almost as well.
